Nezumiiro. - I have found that haiiro (はいいろ) can also be used to mean ashen or grey in color.

Ginger, as in the type that grows in the ground (and not the hair color), is 'shouga' in Japanese.

I'm not sure if it's oficially considered a color, but when you describe something with the word 'hoar' it would mean a whitish-grey color.
