The Holy Book of the Jews is the Torah; but it must be pointed out that the Jews do not worship the Torah; they worship God.

Many religions have a written book. To the best of my knowledge the book itself is not worshiped. The book records the precepts of the religion, and they are reference works for their religion.

The question as written is ambiguous and leads to two separate questions:

1) What book do Jews use during worship? -- The books that contain Jewish prayers and prayer services are called Siddurim (singular - siddur). However, the holy text of Judaism is called the Tanakh. More about the Tanakh can be found at the Related Question on Jewish Holy Books.

2) What book do Jews worship? -- The Holy Book of the Jews is the Tanakh; but it must be stated that the Jews do not worship the Torah, they worship God. The book records the precepts of the religion, they are reference works for their religion. Jews explicitly refrain from the worship of physical items.

The Bible. Though for Christians this would be the Old Testament.

Actually the Bible is the combination of the writings of the Old and New Testament and we can't safely say that it is being read by the Jews. The Jews uphold tradition and for this reason they read the Torah as they have been reading for centuries.

____________

Jewish Answer

The Jewish Bible is called the Tanach. The word Tanach is an acronym made up of the names of its three sections: Torah (Teachings), Nevi'im (Prophets), K'tuvim (Writings).

The Christian Old Testament is based on the Tanach but the OT was altered to support the teachings of Christianity. Both the Christian Old and New Testaments are not considered valid religious texts within Judaism (not valid for Jews). We have been following the Tanach for over 3000 years.

That depends on what you mean by book of worship. A Jewish prayer book is called a 'siddur'.

Jews do not worship books; they only worship God.

The holy text in Judaism is the Jewish Bible, which is roughly analogous to the Christian Old Testament.
