I think you're thinking of Rune Factory, which is slightly different.
no actuly your wrong,you get the legendary sword on the 255th level of the second mine by killing all the monster on the floor, you can use it for 'killing beast's,cutting weads,and when you go up to the bolders by the water fall press a next to it and you smash unlocking a whole new mine!
