A political organisation based in Egypt and present in many other Muslim countries. The MB were originally founded in 1928 as opposition to British colonialism. In modern times they have been underground opponents to the authoritarian regime of Mubarak and other Arab dictators, including Syria. In Egypt, they've been officially outlawed until the recent revolution but have in practice been tolerated.
The Muslim Brotherhood, known for their slogan "Islam is the solution", supports unity among Muslims, Sharia Law and anti-Zionism. It also rejects terrorism and has always supported democracy.
Since the 2011 revolution in Egypt, the well-funded MB has been backing several political parties, most prominantly the Freedom and Justice Party. It is possible that MB-backed parties could win a majority in the upcoming elections. As the organisation is quite secretive, it is not known if they would live up to their promises of democracy once in power. They are also playing an important part in the Syrian opposition.
Muslim Brotherhood was created in 1928.

Most Westerners do not really have an opinion on the Muslim Brotherhood. Those who aware of what happened in Egypt in 2012, when the Muslim Brotherhood took over Egypt and tried to impose Islamic Law rather than make important changes to improve the economy, have a rather negative view of the Brotherhood. Those who know that Hamas is the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood and that the Muslim Brotherhood is trying to equate criticism of Islam with bigotry against Muslims as people have an increased level of revulsion towards the organization. However, there are Westerners who support the Muslim Brotherhood seeing them as "Moderate Islamists", even though none of their political positions are actually moderate.

The Muslim brotherhood are not bad against the USA, however they disagree with religion which is a silly thing to fight over.

You're talking about the Muslim Brotherhood - but I would not call them radical. Not compared with Alqaidah, Hizbolla and Hamas. In fact, the Muslim Brotherhood is pretty tame.
