I don't think that Concorde or any other supersonic commercial liner would come in regular operation again. The price and the operational costs of such aircraft are too high and the passengers' demand is relatively low, so consequently there is no economic reason why an airline should buy it and put it in regular (scheduled) operation. The operation of supersonic aircraft would make just losses... Of course the supersonic flight is a big temptation and challenge for human beings, so there will be new and new (but deadly born) projects.
