The design of the British one pound coin changes every few years, and many of the designs have been coats of arms, including the Royal Coat of Arms and the coats of arms of various cities in the UK (Belfast, Edinburgh London, etc.)

The Royal Mint has only issued 20 Pence coins with the Crowned Tudor Rose on the reverse from 1982 to 2008. From 2008, the reverse design is the right side of the Royal Arms.
The British nickel-brass One Pound coin featuring the Royal Arms design on the reverse was minted for general circulation in 1983, 1993, 1998 and 2003. All issues of these coins have "DECUS ET TUTAMEN" inscribed on the edge. The only "gold" coin struck with this design was in 2008 as "Proof in gold FDC". Only 3,000 were minted.

The flag flown at Buckingham Palace is called the Royal Standard. It is a symbol of the reigning monarch and is displayed when the monarch is in residence at the palace. The flag features a design that incorporates the coats of arms of England, Scotland, and Ireland. When the Royal Standard is not displayed, the Union Jack is flown instead.

You're probably thinking Royal Arsenal, known to some as the Royal Gun Factory, which was closed down in 1994. It was an arms manufacturer in London.
