Mopar is against the rules of Runescape and is often used to steal your Runecapse user name and password. Mopar is basically a copy of the actual Runescape game where the creaters have changed how some of the programing code in the game to make it work differently from regular Runescape. This include the ability to enter "codes" that spawn any item you want, change your levels and complete quests.
