There are no term limits for judges and justices in the federal Judicial Branch. According to Article III, Section I, of the Constitution, they hold their offices "during good behavior," meaning for life, as long as they don't commit an impeachable offense. Qualifying infractions are defined in Article II, Section 4, as "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Neither the Judicial nor Legislative Branch (Congress) has term limits. The difference is, Senators and Congressmen may be voted out of office, but members of the Judicial Branch can only be involuntarily removed from the bench if they are impeached by the House of Representatives and convicted by the Senate.
The House of Represenatives is Not in the Judicial branch It is part of the Legislative Branch.
