The tongue weight of a 1999 Coleman Santa Fe pop up camper is 183 lbs - "hitch" weight, the specs call it.
Roughly 1700lbs dry weight with a 190lb tongue weight
It should be stamped in front into the tongue of the frame.
Sure. You will need a hitch installed on your Outback and a wiring harness installed to power the brake and running lights on the camper. Take a look in your owner's manual for the maximum trailer and tongue weight. --Ken

Normally there is a tag on the road side of the camper giving you the specs on the camper - located at the front of the rv ... about 4"x 4" If it is not there then you will have to look up the vin number which is normally stamped on a plate along the road side tongue of the trailer.
