You can find the Torah in synagogues, both in the form of the Torah scroll and in book form. You can also find book form Torahs in book stores - normally stores that specialise in Jewish books, places like Barnes and Noble, Chapters, etc, don't normally carry Torahs.

"It doesn't the Torah is the first 5 books of the Old Testament."

Wrong! See Genesis 26:5 " All this is because Avraham heeded what I said and did what I told him to do -he followed my mitzvot, my regulations and my teachings.

The Hebrew reads: "Ekev asher-shama Avraham bekoli vayishmor mishmarti mitsvotay chukotay vetorotay."

See that last word? "Vetorotay"? That is "My Torah".

The term "Torah" has come to mean "The 1st five Books of the Old Testament", but the term actually means "Instruction and teaching" - and it still holds today!
