A revcent warming in the Atlantic Ocean is said to have been the main cause of the wet summer in Northern Europe. What happens is that there's a cyclical pattern of rise and fall in ocean temperatures and this is seen as a influence on the weather. This may be an indication that the warming of the Atlantic Ocean may be affecting the ice in the Arctic - meaning reductions in the Arctic ice
There's no agreement on the best country in the world. Some people say it's the best some say it's the worst. Everyone has there own opinion on which is the best country in the world. For example Norway has very cold weather you may love cold weather or you may hate it, but my point is that there is NO best or worst ountryin the world.
