Google+ (Google plus) do not have a built-in feature similar to Facebook's Fan Pages and Groups which can be used to promote your business or use as a personal blog. I think that's one of the advantages of facebook over Google+.

You could use Google to look up Spanish letters then copy and paste it on Facebook. It is a lot easier than configuring your keyboard to a Spanish keyboard.
