If you look in a copy of the Blue Book of Gun Values, you will find 11 pages devoted to about 80 variations of the Model 70, 1964-current mfg. For example, the serialization chart in the back says the year of manufacture for serial number 767491 is 1965.

Being that it is a 1964 vintage gun, it is worth somewhere in the $100 - $200 range.

The Blue Book Value on the Model 94 Winchester Classic is as Follows: 100%...............$32598%................$28595%................$23590%................$200 However with Winchester closing up shop in the US it may bring a slightly higher price.

Unfortunately, the answer is very little (relatively speaking). Most 1964 vintage Model 94s are lucky to see the $100 mark. The year 1964 was the darkest moment in time for the Model 94, as Winchester completely changed the old tried and true manufacturing methods, and the end result was a cheap piece of junk.

I just sold a Winchester Model 94 30-30 at a public auction on 07/28/05 for $270.00. It was a 1947 production rifle. The pre 1964 produced Winchester Model 94 30-30s are more sought after than the post 1964 30-30s. The Winchester Model 94 is still found easily in auctions and used gun shops.

A pre-1964 Winchester Model 63 in truly excellent condition would be worth $750-$950. It's all about condition. If you have the original box, add $100, or if it has never been fired, add $300-$400 to this estimate. If it's not pre-1964: Winchester resumed production of the model 63 for a while in recent years, and these are not worth as much.
