What is the age and value of a Winchester Model 94 serial 1104059?

Don't know if this helps, but I recently acquired a mod. 94, serial 106xxxx, which the gun dealer handling the shipping looked up in a book showing that 107xxxx was made in 1929. Mine is a long barrel (1/2 octagon), which he stated was a "take-down model". I have only been able to remove the tube and the fore arm thus far. I assume the barrel removes but have had no success with that. My search shows that serial number as being made in 1940. http://armscollectors.com/sn/windates.htm
