Stevens was in business from 1864-1950. They did not have a "pocket pistol" model, but DID make a "pocket rifle" model from 1869-1916. Am aware of no specific production data based on serial numbers.
1920
According to the Waltham database, your watch is a model 1883, grade 84, 15-jewel, open face pocket watch, size 18 (men's watch), unadjusted, with a Breguet spring balance. The manufacture date is 1898. The value of the watch depends largely on the metal composition, appearance and condition, which was omitted from the question; however, "grade 84 unadjusted" indicates the movement was utility quality, and likely has a metal alloy, brass or plated case. Comparable Waltham watches have been appraised at $100-$300, and have been selling at live auction anywhere from $60-$210. [December 2010]
Waltham is a good name, however, this is a 7 jewel model, stem set. so if in running order less than $75 cdn /usd. More value in the gold case than the watch so if the case is really worn or light plating (guaranteed 10yr not 20yr) then again not much. This apparently should come in a hunter case not open face.
made about 1928
Colt model 1903 hammerless .32 with that serial number was made in 1931. About 78 y.o.
