Your Stevens Model 56 was in production from 1934-1945, the Buckhorn version (nicer wood) was towards the end of that run. There is not a high collector demand for these, with the happy result that prices are not unusually high- about $125-$150, depending on condition. In my opinion, excellent hunting grade .22, and very good rifle for young shooters due to the very slender wrist of the stock. Getting repair parts can be a problem due to the age. My collection includes an 056, a 56, and a Buckhorn 56.
Model 58 is an automatic not a bolt action
The Garand rifle is a semiauto, not a bolt action. Do you have a Model 1903A3 bolt action? A Model 1917 bolt action?

The value of a 410 Mossberg Model 183T bolt action shotgun is between $150 and $300. The overall condition of the shotgun plays a large part in its value.
