As long as your parents say it is OK then you can go. I went into the military at 17 and traveled to NC from California. Or if you are going to school then you can leave home.

The age of emancipation is 18 and pregnancy does not nullify that. However, your parents may be fine if you move out; the difficulty for you is finding housing at such a young age and supporting yourself. They are not liable to provide that. If possible, it may be easier to coexist with your parents, finish school and then work to build savings.

In North Carolina, a child can legally leave home at age 18, which is the age of majority in the state. Until then, parents or legal guardians are responsible for the child's care and welfare.
If they have parental permission and the age of consent is 16 or 17. Otherwise the parents are still responsible for them.
Being pregnant as a minor only mean you have the right to decide over the baby and make medical decisions regarding yourself and the baby. It does not emancipate you in any way. You and your boyfriend have to work out with your parents how the visitation will happen.
