The age of emancipation is 18 and pregnancy does not nullify that. However, your parents may be fine if you move out; the difficulty for you is finding housing at such a young age and supporting yourself. They are not liable to provide that. If possible, it may be easier to coexist with your parents, finish school and then work to build savings.
don't get pregnant at that age?
Even though they are pregnant, not until they are 18 years of age. Until then the parents determine where you live.
You can move out at any age, but why would yuou want to if you are pregnant? Get your parents to help you....
possibly. since you are 17 i think you can move out legally as long as you are living with some one over 18 years of age.
18
The short answer is no. Until you are an adult in the eyes of the law, the parents are responsible for the minor and where they live, even for a pregnant minor.
Not until they are 18 years of age in Kentucky. Until then the parents determine where you live.
Not unless they are emancipated or have a court order.
Being pregnant does not emancipate you. You must be 18 or married.
As long as the parents consent. Otherwise they will be returned to the parents.
No. Pregnancy does not emancipate a minor.
