There is a Budweiser Energy drink. And an another called Spark. There are more but I cant remember. Also there is one called tilt and jouse. Jouse is 9.0 and 9.9 where as tilt also has 2 levels being 6.0 and 7.0 i believe. I've tasted all including the sparks and budweiser and in my opinion i like the tilt the best and i always get the higher alcohol content.

This depends on the state the beer is being sold in. States govern beer labels and what must be printed on them, as label declarations of alcohol content in beer is not a Federal law.
Yes, by using a hydrometer.
'Proof' is a term that used to refer to whether or not alcohol - when poured over gunpowder - would ignite. Modern chemistry has made for a different usage of the term: Alcohol is now rated with a 'proof' equal to exactly twice it's alcohol content. Bud Light is 4.2% alcohol by volume in most of the U.S., so it would be 8.4 proof - though beer is rarely rated this way. Many other alcohols, like vodka and whiskey, are rated around 40% alcohol by volume in the bottle, or around 80 proof. Of course, mixing with various sodas, juices, etc. - even melting ice - will dilute this percentage and 'proof' of what you're drinking.
It's 70 proof. Therefore, 35% is its alcohol content. Alcohol content is: proof divided by 2
Wines do not all have the same alcohol content.
