Why is the 6 week old pup still not with his Mom? He should not have been taken away from his home until 8 weeks of age.
Make sure you take your Boxer pup into the Veterinarian to have him or her checked out. Bring in a sample of your pet's feces so the Vet can check for internal parasites which are common in a pup. The pup would also need his 1st vaccination for DHLP/Parvo since away from home so soon. Ask your Vet about these things. A pup needs a good checkup, checked for internal parasites and the necessary vaccinations given in interval of around 2-3 weeks apart to protect him or her from deadly diseases & viruses such as Distemper, Parvo, Lepto, etc. He also should be put on a heartworm preventative at around 10-12 weeks, again check with your Veterinarian. Your pet will need to be on a heartworm preventative once a month for the rest of his or her lifetime. Heartworms are deadly and are found throughout the Unites States.
The diet you should be feeding your pup is a good name brand wet food, such as Natural Choice for puppies or Innova for puppies, etc. Don't feed some generic cheap food from the grocery store. Your boxer should be fed 3-5 times a day at this tender age but when around 8-9 weeks old, go to three times a day feedings as his stomach will still be small. Try starting out with a small amount of food three or four times daily. Only leave his food down for about 10-15 minutes, then pick it up & put away. If he is not interested in eating anymore, pick it up immediately and don't give him anymore food until his next feeding is due. If you pet stays in good condition on the amount given, then you know you are feeding the correct amount, if gets too thin where the ribs can be seen, then slowly increase the amount you are feeding and if gets too fat then cut it down. Don't go by the amount they tell you on the outside of the dog food bag, is normally a bit too much. Also don't change dog foods suddenly, do a gradual change over from the old to the new. It is thought it is beneficial for your pup to get used to several different foods on a rotation to avoid the dog becoming picky with food later on.
Good luck with your new Boxer pup. Get some books on the breed and educate yourself on what is needed for a pup as he or she is growing up, such as obedience classes, socialization, etc.
That would depend on the breed and on the type of food given to the puppy. Follow whatever the packet instructions say.

Your puppy needs specially prepared puppy food. You can buy some at the store. You can feed him small pieces of meat also. Hope that helps
No,wait till they're about 6 weeks old. That is when I started to feed my puppy regular food and water and she too,was not on mother's milk.
None, what is wrong with puppy?
yes
Yes a 6 week old Chihuahua can get swine flu.
I have only lost one puppy, she was 1 week old. I imagine it depends on the dog and the amount of puppies, but I don't think dogs can count, she seemed fine going from 7 to 6 puppies.
You should feed your 6 month puppy a good, high quality puppy food until it is one year of age. I would suggest Purina Puppy Chow or Science Diet Puppy food.
No, 6 months.
Yes it should not hurt them.
