It depends on the day/traffic. Sunday is most expensive. Usually €20ish but more for extra people and extra bags. If you ask the driver before you get in you might be able to agree to a reduced set price.

You would travel first to Dublin city centre, which is only about 8 miles from Dublin airport and from there you could get buses to Castlebar.

There would not be buses direct to it, but all the buses from the airport go to the city centre, and would leave you close to it. You could walk the remaining distance, taking about 15 minutes, or just get a taxi from the city centre. This would be cheaper than getting a taxi direct from the airport.
What you would do is get to the Europa Bus Centre, the main bus station in Belfast. From there you can a bus every hour, on the hour to Dublin. Just check that it does stop off at Dublin Airport, as some of them may not do.
