That is the key item for Arceus. transfer to the AR code manager that came with the AR, and transfer it to your DS. After that, go to Spear Pillar ( Mt. Coronet, Hearthome side) and wait till it says "Your Azure Flute is making a sound. Press A, a saircase appears to arceus. These are facts. You can get back down after capturing it, your game doesn't crash, and you till have everything. Anyway, Arceus is Lv.80, and is really freakin hard to catch without master ball.
