Usually the RAM as it temporarily stores information to be processed and stored into the hard disk, but sometimes if the disk is asked to store information really quickly more quickly than physically possible it will be stored into the cache of the hard disk

SRAM Cache, (Static Random Access Memory) due to its speed, other wise the data only loops in code, so if it goes to SRAM cache, it holds and transfers the data effectively.
