That is true. But I know for me I started wearing powder, blush, lip gloss, eyeshadow. I think I started wearing a lot too early. But usually when your really young your face doesnt have bumps and things of that sort, so you shouldn't have to worry much about "covering up your face".
hiya the normal average age is when you just start secondray school but dont wear lots to start just a it of mascara lip gloss and if you have a few blemm a bit of faoundtation x love chatterbox rhi x
I think girls should start wearing makeup whenever they feel like it (not feel pressured to wear it just because other girls their age are wearing it). But I think that a good age to start wearing makeup (apart from special occasions e.g. wedding, etc) is about 11. I started wearing makeup (just mascara and eyeliner) when I was about 11, and when I was 13 I started wearing proper makeup (foundation, lipstick, etc) :)
well i would say about 11 or 12 allot of people start wearing it about that age hope this helps xx
there isn't any age limit really but i recommend teenage years Well i am 11 and I wear a bit of lipgloss and blush :)
bill started wearing makeup by the age of 9 , it was for a vampire costume for Halloween and since that time bill has Ward makeup
This is a matter of personal opinion and morals. Some people are okay with girls starting to wear make-up very young, seven years old. Others think make-up should wait until they become a teenager. No matter when a girl starts to wear make-up, they have to be told that they are beautiful without it. Make-up used incorrectly and without any sort of limit or respect begins to have a negative impact on self-esteem. If you or your daughter/cousin/female relative is starting to want to wear make-up, make sure they are old enough to realize that they really don't need it.
I started wearing Makeup at about 12. This is the PERFECT age to start wearing it. When I was 12, I became obsessed with it. I had 3 full lipgloss drawers, and a whole seperate lipstick drawer, eyeliner drawer, etc. I still have a love for makeup thats why I started my very own blog!
I think about 12
Whenever you and your parent(s) find it appropriate. There is no age restriction to wearing makeup. It is up to the parent to decide if and when the child is mature enough to wear it.

13.
Probably not, but wearing a lot of cheap, badly made make-up is not good for your skin or body.
People might have different opinions so I say roughly 15.
