well, an average sixteen year old should be somewhere betweent the size of Harry Potter and Goliath. It varies with genetics. See a doctor if you do not fit within these measurements. Some form of growth hormones may be necessary for proper growth. Or anti-growth hormones may be necessary.
Shaving even if you don't need it yet is supposed to stimulate growth.
