I'm not exactly sure because you have to take into account height and weight and any specific dietry requirements etc

but I've just had to conduct a project on diet and healthy eating and most websites i visited stated that between 1800 - 2000 is quite a healthy intake

I'm 15 and i consume on average 1439 calories, don't be alarmed if your intake does turn out considerably lower or even higher because i know girls who's BMI's are 17 and they consumed around 2400 a day

the recommended daily allowance for females is just an estimate anyway as it doesn't really tale into account how active you are or the rate of your metabolism

The recommended calorie intake for a 15 year old girl is about 1500 but if you are very active, you should be consuming around 2000 calories.
