I own 2 Subaru Legacy 4wd Wagons. Neither is a Turbo. I get about 20-22 mpg with both vehicles. My driving is mostly highway miles. I hope that helps. The mileage you get with these cars depends TOTALLY on how you drive them. Driven like a granny I can get 32mpg (imperial) driven like an animal I get about 8mpg. I found the addition of a vacuum/boost guage let me modify my driving habits to maximise mileage and is well worth the cost.

The Subaru Legacy BL5 non-turbo typically achieves around 8 to 12 kilometers per liter of petrol, depending on driving conditions and maintenance. Factors such as driving style, road type, and vehicle condition can influence fuel efficiency. For the best results, regular maintenance and careful driving can help optimize fuel consumption.
