im 13 and mine is 3 1/2 soft and 4 1/2 hard so your bigger than me and if u mean 5 1/2 inches soft then your prety lucky hard and yess it well keep growing avereage size for 13 is around 4.5 and like i said mines exaclty that, so you dont need to worry

This isn't a girl's response but I'll try to answer the first part of your question. The overall average length of a penis is from around 5-6 in. It usually does not quit growing until the age of 18, don't worry to much about it because you're already in the average range and you have time to grow. First the girls like the penis to be nice and hard. Next they want it long enough that there can be lots of hard thrusting without the penis coming out of the vagina and losing the mood. Probably on the high side of a range of 5 inches to 8 inches. Also thickness is a factor because if it is thicker there will be more friction on the g-spot which drives girls wild. Thickness preferably above 1.5 inches (1.75" is ideal).
