Summer temperatures (June, July and August) average around the freezing point (0 °C, 32 °F).
Summer temperatures during June, July and August average around the freezing point (0 °C, 32 °F).
Around 0° C (32°F)
The annual mean temperature at the South Pole in winter is -76 °F (-60 °C) and -18 °F (-28.2 °C) in summer. The annual mean temperature at the North Pole is -40 °F (-40 °C) in winter and 32 °F (0 °C) in summer. Note that the average elevation of Antarctica is considerably higher than the Arctic, so the temperatures are expected to be much lower.
When the North pole is closer to the Sun, it is summer, or more specifically between the Vernal and Autumnal equinoxes, in the North. That means it is Spring or Summer.
In the north pole, the sun is out in the summer and its sort of warm.
The north pole is significantly warmer than the south pole because it lies at sea level. the winter temps are between -43 degrees Celsius (-45 degrees F) to -26 degrees C (-15 F). and averaging around -34 degrees C (-29 degrees F). and in the summer months it is an average around the freezing point (0 degrees C, 32 degrees F).
yes, it's just not what we would consider summer
It is around 0

Its probably very cold.

Summer.

There are no cities at the North Pole. The North Pole is in the Arctic, which is a huge area of floating ice.
Near the North Pole and on top of mountains. Even in the summer, the region near the North Pole in Canada and Alaska, and on the tallest mountains, it still is somewhat cold in the summer.
Yes
It stays at the North Pole. Why? The temperature is so cold there that salt water will freeze. When summer comes the temperature rises enough for the salt water to melt. The ice used to be thick enough and the summer temperatures were low enough that ice would remain there year-round. With global warming there is very little ice left during late summer.
The Arctic Ocean, because the North Pole is a spot on a sheet of ice floating on the Arctic Ocean, the water actually keeps the temperature higher. That is why the South pole is always colder than the North Pole.
