AnswerAt 5'3" aged 11 you should weigh about 135 pounds (give or take 10 pounds). If you are significantly overweight you need professional help, so need to see a doctor and/or nutritionist. Or perhaps your school has a counsellor who can help. Weight Watchers has a childrens section but you need a note from your doctor.

Wow.. Im 11 5'3 and im about 125 and im heathy. But i have like muscles so i guess im fine.. Correctly you can be anywhere from 104-141 and still be heathy. According to the BMI. So yeah.

BTW- the regular weight is 115 lbs. Yes you can be over and still healthy (or a little (10-25) under) but its still healthy. I weigh 96 lbs and am 5'3 and 11.
