i know you're going to hate me but it does depend on your height! i mean, i'd say if the person was from 4'5 to 5'0 maybe 80 pounds to 105. 5'0 to 5'5 would be 100 to 140. then, 5'5 to 6'0 could be 125 to 160! check out your BMI: weight times 703 divided by height divided by height. Average BMIs range from 18.5 to 25
