You may in your research find many giving you charts, graphs and BMIs about what you "should" weigh, or what the "average" weight is, or the "appropriate" weight.
However, forgotten is that such things are only guides, and further, they aren't guides for laymen, they are guides for medical professionals who know your situation fully.
Only a Doctor Who has examined you can tell you what you "should" weigh. Not strangers on or off line who don't know you.
