Yes you are underweight and it is not healthy for you to be 99 pounds when you are 5' 2" in height: the taller you are the more calcium, iron and vitamins you need to make your bones healthy and your body immune to illness/diseases for that matter. You need to be at-least 120 pounds to be on the safe side. In your current height you are bound to be lacking iron and be anaemic quite easily. You need to try add on some pounds by eating a healthy diet which consists of iron, vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates. Good luck :)
