The Toolbar is displayed under the menu bar.
Im guessing that would be the taskbar
The Toolbar
To activate the buttons in the Tower of Mzark in Skyrim, you need to approach each button and press the interact key (usually "E" on PC, "A" on Xbox, or "X" on PlayStation). The buttons must be pressed in a specific sequence to unlock the mechanisms controlling the Dwemer lift and activate the devices in the tower. You may need to use the clues found in the surrounding area or follow the in-game journal prompts to determine the correct order. Once the correct sequence is entered, the mechanisms will respond, allowing you to progress further in the tower.
Buttons are usually made out of plastic or older ones were made out of wood.
A person usually does not have to 'activate' a built in webcam. Usually, all they have to do, is have a webcam program that will open the webcam.
Usually, a Captain.
Screen Tip
The system tray is the area on the right side of the taskbar that displays open services.
It reads commands from the user or from a file of commands and executes them, usually by turning them into one or more system calls. It is usually not part of the kernel since the command interpreter is subject to changes.
Phones without a dial or buttons were usually intended for incoming calls only or connected to a switchboard.
