Basic human right is right related to basic human needs like food,shelter,clothing, etc,. in psychology this term is related to recognition,attention,self-actualization, and feeling of belonging to a group. More basic to healthy human existence is the right to life, freedom of thought, freedom of speech, and freedom of association. Speaking from the part of an employee, I would like to see support from the organization such that they may be able to give me security of tenure together with the right benefits and incentives that I deserve to have as part of the organization. I would also like support in terms of health insurance and the like especially if I have dependents.
