You will need the 6 digit model number to get the correct deck at Ariens, but they do make most of their owners and parts manuals public, as well as some service manuals. If it is one of the current Zoom model, it begins with 915. You can usually fake the serial number; I make one sufficienlty low to be included. If it is an older EZ Rider, same applies. You will find a link below and will need the model number beginning with 915, the last three digits match the deck and engine. I used 24001 as a fill-in for serial number since about any number below 25000 will work.
