REFRACTION
Refraction is the bending of waves as they enter a different medium.
Light bending as it passes through a prism is an example of refraction, not reflection.
Bending of light is caused by light going through different mediums (or "media").For example, when it goes from air into a glass prism. The light would bend when the light hits the glass at an angle then bend again when it leaves the prism. This is called Refraction. The fundamental explanation of refraction involves the fact that light travels at different speeds in different mediums. Also, the phenomenon called "diffraction" can cause the bending of light.Another time that light can be bent is when travelling through a strong gravitational field. The explanation for this effect comes from Einstein's Theory of Relativity.

Refraction of bending lightrefraction means the bending of light, and the refraction of light in a prism causes to 'split' light in all its colors (that we can see and not see)Refraction is the bending of light. The bending of light is defined mathematically by Snell's law. The degree of bending through rain drops produces the various colors of the rainbow.

It acts like light I guess
Refraction or Refraction of light is the scientific name for the bending of light. Same Thing.

Refracted light
Light is normally not thought of as "bouncing" but being reflected."Bending" is called refracting when it comes to light and is caused by the light going through materials with different optical densities (air, water, and glass, though all clear, have different optical densities - indexes of refraction).Reflection can occur when two materials with sufficient differences of index of refraction are at a surface and the light hits them at an angle that is greater than a certain value - total internal reflection. Reflection can also occur when light hits a surface that is sufficiently flat and that surface is made up of a material with many free electrons (such as most metals) - a mirror.
