Nothing much really I have been sent a couple of tee shirts and a small present of a box with some games in it but I do it because I like to hear peoples questions and I like to either answer them from my own knowledge or I get on the web and seek the answers. I have my own little specialties as well as keeping an eye on questions in general and give answers. There are people who like to do different things in answers.com such as organizing, correcting, categorizing and many other things as well as maintaining a social side in their activities if they are inclined. I do it because I find it relaxing, I feel it is a contribution to my fellow humans and it also expands my knowledge.
