You need two things. An Emulator, and the game's ROM file. Mario Party 4 is for the Nintendo Gamecube, so you will need a Nintendo Gamecube Emulator. Then you need the ROM. Simply Google them to find them. It is illegal to ask people where to directly get one, and you also must own a copy of the game.
