I think the best ability is multitype which only Arceus has. Multitype lets the Pokemon change type according to the held plate.
WONDER GUARD IS GOOD BECAUSE IT MAKES IT THAT ONLY SUPER EFFECTIVE MOVES WORK ON THE POKEMON WITH THIS ABILITY. IF A POKEMON IS A GHOST/DARK TYPE WITH WONDER GUARD AS ITS ABILITY, THEN IT CANT BE DAMAGED EXCEPT BY BURN, POISON, OR CURSE.ALSO PICKUP IS GOOD BECAUSE YOU CAN HAVE A BUNCH OF FREE ITEMS. IN POKEMON EMERALD, I CAUGHT 6 ZIGZAGOONS AND I GOT 27 RARE CANDIES, 48 FULL RESTORES, 57 ULTRA BALLS, 564 SUPER POTIONS, 154 PROTEINS, AND 3 KING'S ROCKS.
