The best amp you can afford to buy. Will do the job just fine.
Yes
You could have an amp that has insufficient watts so take it to a place like bestbuy to see if your amp or sub has blown. If its your amp you just have to get a new one but if it's your sub then you have to get a new sub it is easier to replace an amp but both are pricey
If you amp is bridgeable you run + sub wire to ch 1 + then the -sub wire to the - of ch 2 of the amp. The same with the other sub + ch3 - ch4 that's how to bridge your amp.
i. HIGHLY. recommend. an. amp. But it is possible if you would buy a converter for your CD player or just connect the sub wire from your sub and connect it into your rear speakers on your trunk. But this would send treble through them which sounds like crap and isn't exactly the best on the subs. I would get an amp
You connect speakers and a sub to an amp by placing each wire into the appropriate connector. The connectors on the side of the amp are labelled for front, back, side, and sub depending on the configuration.
You bridge the amp not the sub.
I Have a old Pioneer VSX-5900S hooked to my old Veldyne 806 which is a 8 inch sub and it sounds amazing. If you look on the back you will find the pre amp out and power amp in for the front speakers theres also one for the center and rear speakers if you have two subs and are using it for home theater! Connect the pre amp out to the line level in on the sub and the power amp in to the line level out from the sub. Best of luck! I highly recommend a velodyne sub!!
well you plug your sub into your amp you do have an amp write
it will not notice the sub as 250 so it will give 425 so you will have to tune the amp down so the sub does not blow out
It's not the battery you have to worry about it is the alternator. it should handle an average amp and sub woofer.
A 100-A sub-panel would be fed from a 100-A breaker.
