It depends upon the individual. The best and fastest way to learn French may be by self study of dictionaries and grammars for someone who has a strong background in and familiarity with languages. That may not work at all for someone who doesn't have such an understanding of linguistics. Instead, someone else may prefer immersion in conversational classes or cultural experiences abroad. Still others may prefer technological approaches through language laboratories and such audio visual means as hearing music and radio stations or watching French language films.

Ok this sounds odd, but my french teacher said if you want to learn french, WATCH FRENCH TV, it will help with studying, also study french, but you can learn how to SPEAK well by watching the tv, good luck!

First if the Muslim child is born for an Arabic family then he/she learns Arabic from the family and community as; e.g.; the French child learns French from his/her family and french community. If the Muslim child is from non Arabic family, then he/she may learn Arabic in a school or his/her parents bring a teacher home to learn him/her Arabic or they send him/her to an Islamic center or mosque to learn Arabic.
