To do this, you need N-Rage plugin for PJ64. Then go to PJ64, open it, but don't choose your game just yet. Go to Settings(Options>Settings), choose N-Rage for your controller plugin, and go to the menu where you configure your controls. Go to the tab on the bottom that says Controller Pak, and choose transfer pak on the drop-down menu. Browse for your GBC ROM, and the .sav file, then play PJ64. This will work with any game.

A "DS ROM" is a copy of a game originally written for the Nintendo DS.
It could be many reasons and each game has specific issus. The rom set for the game might be missing a file, or is corrupted, try downloading again. It might be that the particular game romset isn't 100% compatible yet, with the version of MAME you're using. If you are using the latest MAME program, it just might be that the emulator hasn't fixed that issue yet. Is it for one particular game or all games have no sound?
You need two things. An Emulator, and the game's ROM file. Mario Party 4 is for the Nintendo Gamecube, so you will need a Nintendo Gamecube Emulator. Then you need the ROM. Simply Google them to find them. It is illegal to ask people where to directly get one, and you also must own a copy of the game.
The game system it is for. The gba ROM is for Game BoyAdvance. The Nds is for Nintendo ds,dsi,ds light .The programs used to play them also differs
Do not use a ROM. Buy the game and play it on a DS.
A rom is a downloadable game you can play on your PC for free but it is Illegal. Pokemon is one of the most downloadable game for Ds roms
Yes. But if you have a copy and not a rom, you will need the Japanese system the game platform is on, then you will need to buy the game. Your best bet is eBay.
Assuming you have a working ROM and the latest version of VBA, you open the program, press Ctrl+O and choose the ROM from wherever you put it. If that doesn't work, try re downloading the ROM.
