In very good condition around $400. This model is in high demand as it is not made any more and you will have to spend 3 times that much to improve on it's accuracy. (aside from the 455 which replaced the 452)
Certaintly the best maker,for the money...is....CZ esp the CZ 452 ZKM 16" Varmint model....for the money!! Just remember to upgrade the factory trigger to an aftermarket one like, timney, ( not needed on a 453) and you got a sweet, sweet little rifle... Yes,there are better, but the difference just doesn't justify the extra cost, unless your going into serious competition... Hope this helps.... Anon..
