What is the best faction on Mount and Blade. What skills should i focus on the most?

Personally, I think that the Nords are the best. And for the skills, it depends on what battle style you use. If you use swords and stuff, focus on agility and strength; Also, if you want to be able to have a larger party size, make sure you level up charisma.
