I am sure you know they eat fly's and such, but i have a spider living on my window and at the same time have a small beetle infestation, because of this i sometimes find the beetle larvae so i drop them on the web, it seems to eat them fast, and its grown a lot in 3 weeks, any living food as long as its not bigger than the Spiders body is sufficient for it, a large fly bigger than the spider would also feed it sufficiently, they store food so it dose not matter what you give it but they prefer living things.
