As low as possible to as high as possible, but don't go just by frequency response. Anything by Sony or sennheiser are normally good. A good unknown brand I found were Urbanz. Decent frequency response is generally anything from 20Hz and lower to 25KHz and higher. For example, 10Hz to 28kHz is decent. Some professional headphones (such as professional sennheisers) boast 3Hz to 50kHz, but unless you are a music producer this is rarely necessary. Hope this has helped :)

The frequency range of JVC headphones will vary dependent on which JVC product is brought. They do come as high as 26 kHz which is true of the JVC HA-S650. However, you can buy JVC headphones with a much lower frequency.

Bose headphones are hands down the best headphones especially for bass.
The phrase, "best headphones," is very subjective, in the sense that a lot of factors go into headphones. If you care about the loudness/clarity of bass, The Beats by Dr. Dre are without a doubt the best. There is a large range of Beats audio, but the best are The Beats Pro (~400 USD). However, if you care about noise reduction/overall audio quality, I would say that the Bose Quiet Comfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones (~300 USD) are the best headphones on the market.

Noise cancellation is more effective at lower frequencies, but reduces most external sound.
The price range for a pair of Logitech headphones is from the 19.95 all the way up to 50 or 60 dollars. It all depends on the the quality of the pair of headphones.
Bose never releases them, but I have got a pair of QC2 headphones, and I must say it is pretty much balanced all around the sound spectrum. I hear full deep bass and clear sound with detail among the highs.
Look at Sony, Scosche, Numark, Audio-Technica, and while some will get mad: Beats by Dre are still superb headphones to get. Hope this helps! :)
