Yes a healthy woman, non pregnant should have a hemoglobin level of between 12.1 and I believe 15.1, at 11.2 you/in theory are/would be borderline anemic. A woman that is pregnant is expected to have a hemoglobin level of around 11.0 and upwards. Some doctors will prescribe iron tablets etc for an 11.2 hemoglobin level, if in doubt please contact your doctor and see what they think is best.

The ESR level is pretty normal for a 78-year-old: a general guideline is that it should be roughly less than the age divided by 2, or for a woman, age+10 divided by 2. So for a male, it is a touch high, but for a female, it is okay. However, hemoglobin of 9.5 is rather low. This should be investigated further.
