Yes they are they are very good, sturdy and nice looking. I have a Slamm Rage scooter and they are brilliant, the only thing that is wrong with it is the Quick-Stop Brake, it is a bit to good and can give you flat spots on the wheel (when the wheel is not round any more) I did that twice!
