I have used so many mineral powders only to be disappointed. I used L'Oreal, Neutrogena, bare minerals. None of them provided the coverage of a liquid foundation. Then I found organic wear. It truly covers better than liquid foundation, and it is available at Wal-Mart! It is priced reasonably.

In addition, I have found all of the Organic Wear makeup products to be wonderful.

The best mascara on the market is The Colossal Volum' Express by Maybeline. It makes my lashes amazing.

For luscious lips use Burt's Beeswax lip balm and then apply your favorite gloss or lip stick. Hope this helps.

BEST OF THE BEST!There are some great brands out there, but you need to choose what is right for your skin!

Usually brands that dont do alot of television and newspaper advertising are the best brands to use, and the best for your skin. Brands like AVON and Nutrimetics, and Innoxia are reallygood- so give it a try, you don't have to use the most popular brand.

  • If you have oily, shiny skin- you will need to use a 'mousse' foundation which is great as it doesn't wear off and makes your skin look poreless. You can also try using a very think layer of the right colour foundation, then adding mineral makeup on top. Shine-less skin all day!
  • If you have dry skin, load on an oil free moisturiser before foundation, and exfloiate dry skin patches.
  • If you have acne scars, its best to use a mousse foundation, then put some concealer over the top of it, and make sure you blend well. Always use a concealer lighter than your makeup colour (or the same colour as your skin). If you tend to not blend your concealer, it can look like the scar or pimple has a halo around it, and tends to make it stand out more, rather than disguise it.
